Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, was indicted Thursday on three felony counts associated to his possession of a firearm, a court docket submitting confirmed.

The charges in U.S. District Court in Delaware got here weeks after the sudden collapse of a cope with federal prosecutors.

Hunter Biden, who has been open about his substance abuse struggles, is charged in two of the counts with mendacity about his illegal drug use in connection together with his buy of a Colt Cobra revolver.
