China's premier tells Davos that innovation shouldn't be used to restrict other nations

Chinese Premier Li Qiang stated that tech improvements mustn’t be used as a means to restrict or comprise other international locations.

“To hold the competitors wholesome and produce out the best vitality, the one means is to improve cooperation,” Li stated Tuesday on the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

Chinese President Xi Jinping is skipping Davos this 12 months. His U.S. counterpart Joe Biden has likewise not attended event since he became president.
