A Japan Airlines plane carrying a whole bunch of passengers on Tuesday caught hearth on a runway at Tokyo’s Haneda airport.
Video footage from Japan’s public broadcaster NHK confirmed flames popping out of the home windows of the plane.
It comes after separate media reviews citing authorities mentioned the plane, which took off from Hokkaido, could have collided with one other plane after touchdown at Haneda airport.
All 379 passengers and crew on board have been evacuated from the plane, Reuters reported, citing Japan Airlines.
A spokesperson for Japan Airlines was not instantly out there to remark when contacted by CNBC.
