Elon Musk countersues Twitter over merger, but details aren’t yet public

Elon Musk countersued Twitter on Friday, intensifying the battle between the Tesla CEO and the social networking firm he agreed to purchase, but the lawsuit shouldn’t be yet obtainable to the public.

It wasn’t clear why Musk wished to hold out a countersuit in personal when the billionaire, who can also be the CEO of SpaceX, had been vocally vital of Twitter on social media and in press interviews in current months.
