The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has sued Tesla accusing Elon Musk’s electrical automobile maker of violating “federal regulation by tolerating widespread and ongoing racial harassment of its Black workers and by subjecting some of these staff to retaliation for opposing the harassment.”

Tesla didn’t instantly reply to a request for remark.
