Billionaire Taylor Swift breaks vinyl sales report: These are her biggest milestones from 2023


Taylor Swift cannot cease breaking information.

The pop celebrity’s newest launch, “1989 (Taylor’s Version)”, bought 580,000 copies in vinyl throughout its first week, making it the fastest-selling vinyl report ever because the stat was first tracked in 1991. That’s in line with Billboard, which cited knowledge from Luminate.

In reality, the 580,000 vinyl information represented over half of the 1.1 million copies of the re-recorded album bought between October 27 and November 1. 

The large debut helps her lengthen her lead over Barbra Streisand for most No. 1 albums for a female artist. Swift now has 13 No. 1 information to Streisand’s 11.

A record-breaking tour

Swift’s Eras Tour is poised to turn out to be the highest-grossing tour of all time, incomes a record-setting $1 billion in sales. 

The tour is lower than midway achieved, with dates extending till 2024. Swift is filling stadiums around the globe, with some tickets promoting for tens of thousands of dollars

Big display blockbuster

Swift’s dominance wasn’t simply restricted to the world of music: she added film theaters in for good measure. 

The live performance movie of the Eras Tour turned the highest-grossing home live performance movie ever in simply its first weekend. The movie has earned more than $200 million worldwide since its October 13 launch date, and its $92.8 million debut was sufficient to make it the second-highest opening weekend ever for a film launched in October.
