The president in the assertion reminded Americans to not journey to Iran, citing a State Department warning.
“The U.S. State Department has a longstanding journey warning that states: ‘Do not journey to Iran because of the threat of kidnapping and the arbitrary arrest and detention of U.S. residents.’ All Americans ought to heed these phrases and don’t have any expectation that their launch could be secured if they don’t.”
